Exchange/Return Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange/return policy. This means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a replacement or return. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at maatinaturalsfarm@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. The original invoice must be provided at the time of the return pickup. Once an item is used or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will arrange to pick up the item from the same address where it was delivered, and you will be notified of the expected pickup date. In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

If there is any delivery-related discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests will only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount.

Maati Naturals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing or informational errors, or discrepancies in the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
